Strict Delivery Terms
1. All books supplied must be new, original, and unused. Photocopied, pirated, or damaged books will be rejected immediately.
2. The supplier must deliver the complete order within 30 days from the date of the Purchase Order unless otherwise specified.
3. Partial delivery is not permitted without prior written approval from the purchaser.
4. All transportation, loading, unloading, packing, and insurance costs shall be borne by the supplier.
5. Books must be packed securely to prevent damage during transit.
6. The purchaser reserves the right to inspect all books upon delivery and reject any item that does not meet specifications.
7. Any damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing books must be replaced by the supplier at no additional cost within 7 days of notification.
8. The supplier shall provide an invoice, delivery challan, and any other required documentation with each delivery.
9. Payment will be processed only after successful delivery, inspection, and acceptance of all books.
10. Failure to meet delivery timelines or quality requirements may result in cancellation of the order and/or blacklisting from future tenders.
11. The purchaser reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel the quantity of books without assigning any reason.
12. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in the purchaser's district.
13. Return & Refund Policy
The Buyer reserves the right to return any undelivered, excess, or no-longer-required books, provided that such books are in their original, unused, and saleable condition. Upon receipt and verification of the returned books, the Supplier shall issue a full refund or credit note for the accepted returned items within 15 days. The cost of return transportation shall be mutually agreed upon between the Buyer and Supplier.
14. Teacher Training Requirement
The Supplier shall provide teacher orientation and training sessions on the effective use of the supplied books, learning materials, and related educational resources whenever required by the Buyer. Such training may be conducted online or offline at a mutually agreed date and time. The Supplier shall ensure that teachers are adequately trained to utilize the materials for maximum educational benefit. No additional charges shall apply unless specifically agreed upon in writing by the Buyer.
Note: Submission of a bid shall be deemed as acceptance of all the above terms and conditions.
