Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing EPIC Senior Secondary School. We strive to provide the best educational services and a smooth digital experience for our students and parents. Please read our policy regarding cancellations and refunds carefully.

1. No Refund Policy

Generally, all fees paid to EPIC Senior Secondary School, including but not limited to Admission Fees, Monthly School Fees, Annual Fees, and Examination Fees, are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once a transaction is completed and the student is enrolled or the service is rendered, no requests for refunds will be entertained under normal circumstances.

2. Exceptions for Transaction Errors

A refund may be considered only if a technical error occurs during the online payment process, such as:

• Duplicate Payments: If the user paid the same fee twice due to a technical glitch or network latency.
• Failed Capture: If the amount was debited from the user's bank account but the transaction was marked as "Failed" or not updated in the school's records.

3. Refund Request Process

In case of a transaction error, the user must notify the school within 48 hours of the transaction. To request a refund, please follow these steps:

• Send an email to info@epicscss.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Student Name]".
• Attach the electronic receipt or bank statement showing the debited amount and transaction ID.
• Briefly describe the nature of the error.

4. Processing Time

Once the request is received, the school management will verify the claim with our payment gateway partner and bank records. If the claim is found to be valid, the refund will be processed back to the original payment source within 7-10 working days.

5. Cancellations

Cancellation of admission or withdrawal from the school does not entitle the student/parent to a refund of the admission fee or any already paid periodic fees. The school reserves the right to adjust any advance payments against outstanding dues if applicable.
